Astrya Wear operates exclusively as an online store. We do not have a physical retail location, showroom or in-person collection point. All orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers.


2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available


4. Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days starts after the order has been dispatched, not from the purchase date.

Astrya Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail

  • Events beyond our control

  • Strikes, public holidays or operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs:

  • Are calculated at checkout

  • May vary depending on destination and order weight

  • Are clearly displayed before order confirmation

Astrya Wear does not apply hidden shipping fees.


6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping may be subject to an additional shipping fee

  • Delivery timelines will restart once the correct address is confirmed


7. Delivery Attempts

Royal Mail delivery attempts are subject to their own policies. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may:

  • Be held for collection as instructed by the carrier

  • Be returned to the sender

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If an order is confirmed as lost or missing by the carrier:

  • Customers must contact us at contact@astryawear.com

  • We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail

  • A replacement or refund will be issued based on the outcome of the investigation


9. Liability

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier, in accordance with applicable law and without limiting statutory consumer rights under UK law.
