1. General Information

Astrya Wear operates exclusively as an online e-commerce business. We do not maintain a physical retail location or in-person customer service address. All customer support is provided digitally.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


3. Return procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact contact@astryawear.com, providing the order number and reason for return.

Once approved:

  • Detailed return instructions will be provided

  • As Astrya Wear operates exclusively online and has no customer-facing physical address, the return address will be shared only after approval

  • Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted


4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact contact@astryawear.com immediately with supporting images and order details so the issue can be properly assessed and resolved.


5. Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items, where applicable

  • Hazardous or restricted materials

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Customers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if unsure about an item’s eligibility.


6. Exchanges

Astrya Wear does not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or product, customers must:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


7. UK and EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Original packaging required

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

This statutory right applies regardless of our 30-day commercial return policy.


8. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, customers should contact contact@astryawear.com.


9. Shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or confirmed defects

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless local legislation states otherwise
